General Conduct and Discipline

Ragging

Ragging of any kind is strictly prohibited in the campus. As per the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, ragging is a punishable offence. Strict disciplinary action can be taken against anyone indulging in such a practice. This could include expulsion from the Institute.

Damage/Breakage

Damage/pilferage of KRM property is strictly prohibited and a student indulging in such an activity could face strict disciplinary action from the Institute.

Dress Code

KRM strictly follows the formal dress code. All the students should be dressed up formally except on Fridays (only for the DBA students). Formal dress code for boys refers to formal trousers with shirt or corporate suit and for the girls it is western formals or traditional Indian salwar-suit and saree.

General Conduct

Students should maintain discipline of a very high order at all times while being inside the campus or outside the campus. They are subject to disciplinary action when they violate rules and regulations including, but not limited to the following:

  • Obstruction or disruption of teaching, administration, seminars, class discussions, and other activities of KRM.
  • Permitting unauthorised entry or use of KRM facilities by outsiders.
  • Disorderly conduct or obscene conduct or expressions.
  • Forgery, alteration or misuse of KRM documents, records or letterheads.
  • Cheating or copying in any of the evaluation components.

In extreme cases, the above mentioned behaviour may result in expulsion of a student from the Institute.
